Welcome to Waterford Landing — a peaceful neighborhood established in 2011 and nestled in the northeast corner of Fairborn, Ohio. We're just a short 10-minute drive from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and only 15 minutes from the lively Beavercreek shopping area, where you’ll find everything from everyday essentials to your favorite spots to eat and shop.

Fairborn is part of Greene County and is home to around 34,729 people (based on the 2023 census) and offers a strong sense of community with small-town charm. Waterford Landing is known for its friendly neighbors, quiet streets, and a welcoming atmosphere that’s great for families, retirees, and everyone in between.

We’re lucky to have Bath Township Park right next door and the scenic Oakes Quarry Park just around the corner — perfect spots for hiking, dog walks, or just enjoying the outdoors. Waterford Landing is also a pet-friendly neighborhood, and you’ll often see neighbors out walking their dogs or stopping to chat during evening strolls.
