Waterford Landing was established in 2011 with Phase 1.  We have since expanded to Phase 10 and are still growing. We are nestled just inside the northeast corner of Fairborn.  We are a 10-minute drive to Wright Patterson Air Force Base and only a quick 15-minute drive to the thriving Beavercreek shopping area where you can get all your essential needs.   Fairborn is in Greene County, Ohio with a population of 36,420 according to 2021 census figures. Waterford Landing and Fairborn is a very quiet place to live and enjoy the outdoors.  Right around the corner from us is Oakes Quarry Park also right next to us is Bath township park.
